Questions

Where would you want to travel right now?

I still haven’t decided whether I’d go to Italy or Japan first. But one of those two is the next place I want to go.

Who would you want to have high tea with?

Marissa since I haven’t seen my best friend in a long time.

Have you picked up any hobbies during the lockdown?

I haven’t! I’ve actually been so busy that I haven’t even played piano much this year. I went back to school to get a copyediting certificate from the University of California, San Diego. I also have been volunteering for Unsolicited Press and working.

How have you been feeling during this lockdown?

Weird and sad. Weird because I’m used to being by myself and have worked freelance before, so not much has honestly changed for me except that I don’t see my friends often. Sad because so many people have died or gotten infected.

What is your ideal coffee shop order?

I rarely go to a coffee shop, but if I do, I usually order hot chocolate or a cookie. I don’t drink coffee.

How long have you been blogging?

Three and a half years now.

What is the last movie that you watched?

Probably 无双花木兰 (Wushuang Hua Mulan). Someone posted that it was better than the Disney remake, so I checked it out. I haven’t watched the Disney remake though.

If you could be any animal in the world, what would you be? Why?

Either a dog or a dolphin. A dolphin cause I’d be able to see so much more of the ocean world, and that’d be cool for a bit. But I also kind of want to be a dog cause it seems fun.

Your current comfort food?

Cookies and Hershey’s chocolate or both.

Who is your inspiration?

For writing? Marie Lu and Cassandra Clare for sure.
