First Lines Given is a new series that I’m starting this year. This is something I used to do as a kid, but I haven’t done it in a few years.
In the comments below, give me one sentence. It can even seem as dull as possible. From there, I’ll create a story. I’ll try to leave a comment about when the story from your sentence will be posted.

I love this idea! It’s such a clever way to put your writing skills to the test. 😉 Okay, here’s my sentence:
“I was supposed to learn how to drive, but instead, I got a crash course on anti-psychotics.”
^^^That’s just one of the many short writing prompts I’ve created over the years, but haven’t ever done anything with. I’m super psyched to see where you take it.
