A different kind of story

I don’t know about you, but I always like different kinds of stories. Not the same love stories that repeat on the radio, movies, and books. But rather stories that you can’t quite describe by saying, “Oh! This story’s like my other favorite show.”

It has a bit of uniqueness that is hard to describe. It’s the stories you almost never hear about.

I noticed this the other day while listening to a song called Operator by Vanessa Carlton. The song is about an older woman influencing a man, luring him toward a more rebellious yet fufilling life. It can seem like she’s taking him from his family, but she even reminds him to call his brother. The way she sung the lyrics too made it seem mysterious with its particular melody.

Not sure it’s something you enjoy too, but I found it is the kind of stories I like to hear.

    1. True! Everyone always talks about that one song.

But for me, she’s one of my favorite artists of all time. I own all five of her albums and one of her live CDs. She’s coming out with a sixth album soon!

  1. This design is incredible! You certainly know how
to keep a reader amused. Between your wit and your videos,
I was almost moved to start my own blog (well, almost…HaHa!) Excellent job.
I really enjoyed what you had to say, and more than that, how you presented it.
    Too cool!
