Taking time off can be fishy. You can want to take some time off for about a week and suddenly it’s two months later.
It’s good to take time off; don’t get me wrong. But it can also be dangerous. Time off is nice and pleasant. It’s hard to get back into a working mood.
A good way to stop this is to set goals after your break and post them where you can see them at least once a week. See where you want to go and maybe you’ll end up working towards it more.
Be careful though: don’t let the days roll away from you.
